Aadi Labs is not a software agency and does not want to run your company for you. The founder owns the company and the outcome. We work alongside you to help build the foundation.
For ventures we incubate with a founder, Aadi’s venture-building participation is intentionally small and aligned: typically between 3% and 7%, depending on how deep our involvement is and the engagement model. Any direct capital investment by Aadi is separate, and documented on its own terms.
Not every venture at Aadi has an outside founder leading it. Some, usually ones built from an Aadi thesis or an experiment worth continuing that has not found the right outside founder, are led in-house instead, by people we hire or develop through Talent Lab. In that structure, Aadi retains the company’s core equity as the studio of origin, and builds the team and leadership around a generous ESOP pool, so the people actually running the venture day to day still hold a real stake in the outcome.
