Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what information Aadi Labs (“Aadi Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to aadilabs.com and any pages linked from it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you submit. When you apply to build with Aadi, apply as a Venture Fellow, express interest in a published thesis, or otherwise contact us through a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in response to the application questions (for example, a description of your idea, your team, or your background).
  • Local preferences. We store your light/dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used to track you.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Review and respond to your application or message.
  • Evaluate fit for Build Lab, Venture Lab, Talent Lab, or a published thesis.
  • Contact you about the status of your application or a related opportunity.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How We Share Information

Form submissions on this site are delivered to Aadi Labs by email through ZeptoMail, a transactional email service operated by Zoho, acting as our processor for the sole purpose of delivering your submission to our team. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law, or with your explicit consent (for example, if we introduce you to a potential investor or collaborator at your request).

5. Data Retention

We retain application and contact submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate them and to maintain a record of our communication with you. You can request deletion of your information at any time; see Section 7.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us at the address in Section 10.

8. Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for founders, operators and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Contact Us
