By using this website or submitting an application through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Site

This site is provided to help founders, teams and operators learn about Aadi Labs and apply to work with us. You agree to use it only for that purpose, and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through it.

3. Applications and Submissions

Submitting an application, or expressing interest in a published Venture Thesis, does not create any obligation on Aadi Labs to accept it, fund it, or enter into any relationship with you. Every application is reviewed at our discretion.

Because Aadi Labs researches and develops venture theses independently, we may already be exploring, or may later explore, ideas similar to ones you submit. Submitting an idea to us does not, by itself, create any confidentiality obligation or restrict our ability to work on related ideas from other sources. If you are sharing something genuinely confidential, do not include it in an application; wait until we have agreed on terms that protect it.

Where Aadi Labs does agree to work with a founder or team, the specific terms of that relationship — including any equity, investment, or operating support — are set out separately in a written agreement between the parties. Nothing on this site is itself such an agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — including published Venture Theses, copy, and design — is owned by Aadi Labs unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

You retain ownership of what you submit to us through an application. By submitting it, you confirm you have the right to share it with us and permit us to review and discuss it internally for the purpose of evaluating your application.

5. No Offer, No Investment Advice

Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or investment advice. References to equity participation, capital, or investment describe how Aadi Labs generally works with ventures, not a commitment to any specific terms.

6. Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aadi Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any application submitted through it.
