Ideas we believe deserve to exist.
Aadi Labs publishes selected venture theses: problems we believe are structurally interesting, newly possible, poorly served or large enough to support meaningful companies. Each thesis is developed from a view of the problem, why now, business model, user behaviour, competitive structure and the first experiment we would run.
Rebuilding the Learning Loop
AI made answers free. It did not make anyone's growth compound, because nothing is telling people what to learn next, or where to use what they just learned.
Rebuilding the Hiring Marketplace
The cost of applying is falling toward zero, and the economics of online hiring now reward noise over signal, for candidates and employers alike.
Rebuilding the Dating Market
Swiping costs nothing, so the rational move is to swipe on everyone, and the resulting flood makes genuine intent just as hard to find as it was before dating apps existed.
Rebuilding English Fluency
Millions of people who already know the basics of English have no real path to fluency, just translation apps built for beginners and test prep built for exams.
We expect most theses to change. Some will be wrong. Some will become experiments. A few may become companies. Publishing them is part of the process: strong founders often improve an opportunity by challenging the original thesis.
